How can I delete my account?

Instructions for deleting your Coda account

Before deleting your account, first make sure that you don’t have any active subscriptions with Coda. You can check this in your account by going to your Workspace, then clicking on your Workspace name > Workspace settings > Billing tab > Change Plan. From there, you can downgrade to the Free plan to ensure that you are not charged in the future:

After checking for any active subscriptions, you can then delete your account at any time by visiting your account settings. To do so, take the following steps:

  1. Go to (you'll need to be logged in to access your account settings).

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Advanced Settings

  3. Select Delete my account and follow the prompts

Leave this page open and we'll send you an email with a confirmation code. Enter this code in the account settings where prompted and your account will be deleted.

This process is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
