With Coda, you can easily create conditional formats using simple formula language in the table menu.

  1. Hover over the Table to see the menu, and click Options to view table settings. Select Conditional format from the sidebar menu.

  2. Click Add Rule or, to edit an existing rule, click the respective formatting icon (Aa) to open the Conditional format menu.

  3. Select the column for which the rule applies - each column in the Table will appear as an option so you can customize to your heart's content. You can then change what value the data must be to receive formatting.

You can also select whether you want to apply the format to all columns, or only specific columns, to fully customize your Coda doc.

In addition, You can quickly add a rule to apply to ‘All Rows’ in order to format your entire table. You can also delete a conditional formatting rule by hovering over it and clicking the trash can icon.
