For your meetings and presentations, you may want to help your attendees focus on what's most important - enter Coda presentation mode! To present a Coda doc, click on the present doc icon in the top right-hand corner of the page or use the keyboard shortcut Cmd - Shift - P.

When you enter presentation mode, your doc will be projected in full screen. The tool bar at the top of your document, the comments on the left side of the page, and the section list will be hidden when presenting to give you a nice clean look.

You'll also see a navigation bar in the bottom right corner of your screen. To navigate your doc, you can click through sections using the forward and backward arrow, or select the section that you wish to show from the dropdown menu. The best part? While your doc is in presentation mode you will still be able to edit all of your data:

When you click into the canvas to edit, the navigation bar will disappear. You can always re-access the bar by hovering over its outline in the bottom right corner.

To exit presentation mode, hit the escape key on your keyboard or hit Exit in the navigation bar.

If you're looking for more ways to navigate:

  • Next Section -  use RightArrow, UpArrow, PageUp or SPACE
  • Previous Section - use LeftArrow, DownArrow or PageDown
