As part of Coda’s Pack Marketplace, customers on Coda’s Pro and Team plans can purchase Packs individually, separate from Packs bundled into the pricing tiers. This article will explain how to purchase, cancel, or trial individual Packs, and will address key questions to make sure you are best equipped to make a purchase decision.

Packs included in your pricing tier
Coda offers several different pricing tiers, including Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise. You can read all about the different tiers and what’s included in each on our pricing page. On that page, you’ll see the list of Packs included - at no additional cost - for each tier.
But what if you’re on Coda’s Pro or Team tier and want to purchase an individual Pack that’s only included in a higher tier? Good news - you can purchase additional Packs individually, without having to upgrade to a higher tier. The next section will explain how.
Purchase a Pack
📣 Note that you must be a workspace admin on a Pro or Team plan in order to purchase Packs individually.
To purchase an additional Pack, follow these steps:
Find the Pack you wish to purchase by searching the Pack gallery
Once you’ve found and selected that Pack listing, click the Buy button.
You’ll then see a confirmation page, including some details about the monthly cost (see info about how billing works below). Click Confirm payment to complete purchase.
You’ve now purchased the Pack! Purchasing a Pack makes it accessible to the entire workspace. This means doc editors can also use Packs despite not being able to make docs.
Packs are charged on a per Doc Maker, per month basis. For instance, let’s say you purchase the Figma Pack. This Pack costs $10 per Doc Maker, per month. Your workspace has two Doc Makers. Therefore the workspace will be charged $20 for the Figma Pack per month. This $20 would be added to your invoice every month.
Note that we do not currently support annual billing for Packs.
Cancel a Pack subscription
If you can to cancel a Pack subscription, just follow the steps below. Note that only workspace admins can take this action.
Go to coda.io/docs
Click on Admin settings in the left panel
Search for or scroll to the Packs section, and select the Workspace Pack subscriptions page
Under Subscriptions, you'll see all the Packs your workspace is subscribed to. Find the Pack in question, click on it to expand, then select Unsubscribe.
Click End subscription to confirm.
Trial a Pack before purchasing
Most Packs will offer a 14 day trial per doc. These trials will offer unmitigated access to the Pack for this 14 day period. No quotas or limitations!
Any editor or Doc Maker in a workspace can initiate a trial by simply adding the Pack to a doc, then selecting the Try it option.
A per doc trial means the trial will be initiated per doc that the Pack is installed in. You can see how many days are left in the trial by clicking on Insert, then Packs, and finding the specific Pack under Installed Packs. You will also receive warning messages indicating when the trial has expired.
A Pack trial expiration will not affect the functionality of your doc. Only the Pack will be disabled upon completion of the trial, assuming you do not purchase it before then.
Note: We reserve the right to curtail abuse of Pack trials such as continuing trialling a Pack over and over in the same workspace with no intention to purchase.

No, only workspace admins (aka Doc Maker (Workspace admin)) may purchase Packs. The Pack will then be available to Doc Makers and editors in the workspace.
Note that Doc Makers and editors can trial Packs, assuming the Pack Maker has enabled trials.

So you can multiply whatever cost is listed on the Pack page by the number of Doc Makers in your workspace. You will also see the monthly cost previewed for you when you confirm your purchase.
