Digital Services Act: Information for EU users

For EU users and authorities, learn about how Coda and Grammarly comply with the Digital Services Act (DSA), including relevant contact info.

 

Legal Representative

VeraSafe has been appointed as Coda’s and Grammarly’s DSA legal representative in the European Union, pursuant to DSA Article 13. The European Commission, Member States’ Authorities, and the European Board for Digital Services may contact VeraSafe in addition to or instead of DSAinfo@coda.io, on issues necessary for the receipt of, compliance with, and enforcement of decisions issued in relation to the DSA.

 

 

Single Point of Contact for Authorities and Users

Under DSA Articles 11 and 12, Grammarly’s and Coda’s single point of contact is DSA-info@coda.io, which can be used by European Commission, Member States’ Authorities, the European Board for Digital Services, and users in the EU. English is the preferred language for communication with this point of contact.

Coda also offers a variety of ways for users to contact us.

EU Illegal Content Reporting

Please use this form to report content that you believe is illegal in the European Union. This form should be used by individuals claiming legal rights in the EU, as well as individuals or entities designated as trusted flaggers pursuant to the DSA. Trusted flagger reports will be prioritized for review, in accordance with the DSA. If you have any documentation to support your report, please attach it to your report before clicking submit. We also kindly ask individuals who report potentially illegal content in the EU to provide clear and concise information in English, or provide an English translation, wherever possible.

 

 

Annual Transparency Report

Coda publishes an annual report in accordance with the transparency reporting requirements under the European Union’s Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).
