DSA Point of Contact - Users

Coda offers a variety of ways for users to contact us.

  • You can contact our support team in two ways, depending on whether you have an account with us.

    • On the bottom right corner of any doc page you will see a question mark. Click on that to get into the support environment and follow the prompts from there. Learn more about contacting support here.

    • If you don't have an account or can't login, email our team at support@coda.io.

  • Users in the EU have the additional option of contacting us by sending an email to DSA-info@coda.io, which serves as our single point of contact for EU users for purposes of the DSA.

DSA Point of Contact - Authorities

Coda has designated dsa-authorities@coda.io as the DSA Article 11 single point of contact for direct communications with the European Commission, Member States’ Authorities, and the European Board for Digital Services in connection with the DSA. English is the preferred language for communication with this point of contact. This point of contact is reserved for engagement with the authorities listed above.

When sending messages to dsa-authorities@coda.io, please be sure to include:

  • Your full name

  • The name of the EU-based authority on whose behalf you are contacting us

  • An email address to contact you, which should be associated with the relevant EU-based authority

EU Illegal Content Reporting

Please use this form to report content that you believe is illegal in the European Union. This form should be used by individuals claiming legal rights in the EU, as well as individuals or entities designated as trusted flaggers pursuant to the DSA. Trusted flagger reports will be prioritized for review, in accordance with the DSA. If you have any documentation to support your report, please attach it to your report before clicking submit. We also kindly ask individuals who report potentially illegal content in the EU to provide clear and concise information in English, or provide an English translation, wherever possible.
