Select Contact support
Follow the prompts to send the team a message
Support hours
The Coda support team is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST.
If you have a question outside of our working hours, you are welcome to write into the chat and work with our AI bot to try and solve your issue. Alternatively, you can check out the Coda Community, which includes Coda experts from around the world.

How do I report a bug?
We greatly appreciate our community’s help in identifying bugs. If you notice something buggy, please feel free to notify support so we can inform our product team.
To report a bug, follow these steps:
While logged into your Coda account, click on the question mark icon in the lower right corner of the screen
Select Contact support at the bottom of the options
Click Send us a message
Choose I think I’m encountering a bug from the options
Next, select The issue’s with something else
You’ll then receive a form where you can submit your bug report. Follow the prompts to complete the form.
