To change the email address where you receive billing notifications, you need to be a workspace admin also known as a Doc Maker (Admin):

  1. Go to your Workspace Settings

  2. Select the Billing tab

  3. Edit the Billing email address from there

  1. Go to your Workspace Settings

  2. In the member panel on the right side of your screen, find the member you wish to upgrade, click on their current role, and select Doc Maker (Admin) in the dropdown
