If you had been using Coda with your Google Drive and a non-Google email, every person using Coda in your domain will have a new corporate workspace created with the introduction of Coda 2.0. Here's what to do to make sure that everyone stays connected and you can maintain your budget:  

  1. Choose the person who will be the admin for your organization 
  2. Invite all members to that person's workspace with the appropriate level: 
  3. Maker - This person will need to create docs
  4. Editor - This person won't create docs, but they will be making changes
  5. Viewer - This person only needs to look at docs, but not take action 
  6. Delete the other workspaces
